We design your intensive as personal to your goals—and highlight renewal as central to our work. The more creative and innovative, the better! As a somatic therapy practitioner, we use body centers through mindful movement and mudras for centering, grounding, and releasing trauma, stress and burnout.
As a bonus, I’m a certified spiritual director trained in Jungian mystical tradition, so I bring my gifts of incorporating soul care practices into the space personalized just for you!
I believe in using the language of synchronicity and intuition to guide us out of burnout and back to wholeness. This can look like an exploration of tarot, natal chart astrology, chakra work, art, music, and/or poetry—all in the service of reflection and expansion of nervous system safety.
The Time & Space You Crave
Your Guide
Hi, I’m Allie! Burnout Expert and Depth Psychotherapist.
Throughout nearly 20 years in my therapy career, I’ve learned that we crave time away to nurture and restore. Many of us healers are empaths, intuitives, creatives, and introverts that are easily worn out by the demands of our roles.
I’ve personally experienced the transformation that happens when we take time to orient ourselves to our inner wisdom. With our busy lives, we must make the commitment to ourselves to be present to the work it takes to heal and recover from our traumas, our burdens, our stresses, our grief.
Having been witness to how pain and loss can provide a wealth of potential for inner growth, I knew that offering healing space to nurture this awareness of other healers was my calling.
Through Intensives, we discover transformation through an intentional, focused, concentrated timeframe dedicated to your growth, renewal, and resiliency.
You’ll receive a fully personalized workbook with descriptions of our work together, prompts, guiding questions and practices, and resources for you to use and incorporate into your own work well beyond the intensive days.
Look through the workbook you get when you book your Intensive.
Intensives are for you if:
You’ve been working with a therapist for a while and want to “supercharge” your process of healing.
You are looking for a personalized retreat space to deepen and renew.
You’re seeing that you need to focus on your patterns and challenges but but don’t have the time to commit to weekly therapy.
You like your weekly or biweekly therapist and want to learn an adjunctive way of processing your trauma, stress, burnout, or grief.
You are a helper and healer and crave time away for self-reflection.
You would love a space to be creative and foster your intuition to restore your strength once more.
You haven’t been in therapy before but are interested in giving it a try without having to commit to weeks, months, or even years of weekly or biweekly sessions.
Intensives are not for you if:
You aren’t ready for a concentrated time to address your challenges
You are not interested in developing skills and practices to restore your nervous system regulation
You don’t find value in learning different ways of healing from your burnout or trauma
You are not able to commit to the 2-3 day structure. (Many folks take time off work and even family time during the intensive. Though this is not absolutely required, it is recommended.)
You are not in PA or FL (non-therapy services available if you’re in other states)
The Intensives Process
We Meet for a Free Consultation
We meet online for 30 min to determine fit, answer questions, and decide what type of intensive is right for you. We then schedule and meet for our pre-intensive session, where we go over your goals and intentions in depth, decide the modalities we’ll use (the more creative, the better!), and tentatively plan our intensive days.
Discover Transformation
We meet for our Intensive, a retreat-style online therapeutic experience. Over a 2-4 day period of several hours per day, we use the modalities that are curated just for you, with often movement, music, journaling, mindfulness practices scattered between time of depth work to restore your sense of wholeness and healing.
You receive a customized workbook just for you to follow along in the process, draw or make notes, refer back to at any point, and be a guide along the way.
Follow Up and Nuture Growth
We then have a post-intensive session where we reflect on the experience, share about the integration that has happened since, and plan a follow up if needed for nurturing the growth that has started so you can continue to feel resilient moving forward. If you are working with a current therapist, we also talk about ways this can be incorporated into your longterm work with them.

This is as wide a range of possibility as you’d like—and in our pre-intensive session, we can outline ways that soul care or spiritual care practices can be part of the treatment or care that can be fruitful for you. This can look like dreamwork, use of imagery cards, music, and artwork/creative practice, all infused with therapeutic framework that can incorporate IFS therapy and Somatic therapeutic interventions for stress, burnout, and trauma. My goal is to support you in the care that is curated and personalized just for you.
